Terms of Service

Using LoyalHouse

LoyalHouse provides business loyalty, customer-management, reward, reporting, and transactional messaging tools. You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Customer consent and messaging

You are responsible for collecting customer phone numbers lawfully, providing required notices, obtaining any necessary consent, and ensuring messages comply with applicable privacy, consumer, and communications laws and WhatsApp policies.

Accounts and staff

Account owners control staff access and are responsible for activity under their business account. You must promptly remove access that is no longer authorised and notify LoyalHouse of suspected misuse.

Trials, plans, and payments

Trial allowances and paid-plan limits are shown when you subscribe. An expired trial or unpaid account may be restricted while data remains preserved. Paid service terms, renewal dates, and amounts are confirmed before billing begins.

Acceptable use

You may not send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, or abusive messages; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorised access; upload malicious material; or use LoyalHouse to infringe another person's rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep LoyalHouse reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects active customers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LoyalHouse is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending service

You may stop using LoyalHouse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, or non-payment. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination remain effective.
